Due to the compact, modular nature of the instrument combined with low power requirement, the instrument can be transported to the site of need.

Small and compact, with a footprint of only 32 cm x 10 cm, the instruments can be transported in ruggedised containers in any vehicle. Many units could be transported in the boot of a car or van.

Local power sources such as batteries and solar energy may be used if a permanent electrical supply is unreliable.
